Gotion, Inc. is seeking a Director of Product Manufacturing, Cell to lead lithium-ion cell manufacturing operations at our new facility in Manteno, IL. You will oversee production strategy, quality, and team leadership for all manufacturing lines.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in battery cell manufacturing and demonstrated success in scaling operations. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required, along with 10+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $200,000 to $240,000, along with a bonus and benefits.
