We're growing and looking for a Production Supervisor (2nd shift) to join our team in Harlan, IA.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct hourly production line workers across assigned shift.
• Plan, organize, and execute daily production schedules; manage line changeovers and downtime.
• Own daily production reporting, yield performance, and labor cost accountability.
• Ensure compliance with USDA, OSHA, HACCP, and internal quality control standards.
• Conduct pre-shift safety inspections of work areas.
• Process hourly payroll, vacation, and PTO; communicate scheduling needs to Operations Manager.
• Drive continuous improvement in throughput, methods, and working conditions.
• Maintain accurate digital/paper reporting and distribute to appropriate stakeholders.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required;
  Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• 3–5 years manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel).
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Ability to work in cold/wet environment; lift 30–90 lbs intermittently; flexible schedule required.
