3 p.m. to 1 a.m. M-TH with OT on Fridays

Aventure Staffing is searching for CNC Operators for a wheel manufacturer in Armstrong, IA. This client works in close partnership with other industry leaders to develop, manufacture and supply wheels that are specifically designed to meet the needs of the agricultural market. Extensive research and development in agricultural engineering solutions over many years ensures that their products are efficient, safe, and enable increased productivity of machinery.

The primary function of this role is to set up and operate CNC machines, working from process routings, blueprints and verbal instructions.

• All set up from paperwork for blueprints, fixtures and gages
• Position and secure tools in machine as instructed by process sheets and set up procedures.
• Index machine and adjustment positions of tools at each operation in relation to product
• Record daily production and responsible for returning all set up materials and paperwork to proper areas
• Perform minor machine maintenance such as oiling machines, dies or work pieces.
• Responsible for checking the part from first piece through periodic inspections

• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently
• HS Diploma/GED required
• Applied knowledge and ability to read blueprints and assemble parts according to specification

• Starting Pay: $22.25+/hr Based on Experience
