As a Production Operator, you will collaborate with a diverse team of 3

Mers to support the manufacturing of high‑quality products and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead and coordinate production teams.
• Implement ideas to improve processes.
• Determine product quality and ensure standards are met.
• Support continuous improvement efforts.
• Create quality products.
• Adhere to safety policies, identify hazards, and contribute to a strong Environmental Health and Safety culture.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (verifiable prior to start).
• Basic computer skills.

Applicants may be required to take and pass 3M testing as part of the selection process.

Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for an employment visa status (e.g., H1B).

Starting rate of pay $23.15 per hour. Compensation may vary based on experience, location, and qualifications.
