The
Repack Team Member
will work with an energetic team to pack ready-to-cook, ready-to-heat, and ready-to-eat food for grocers, wholesalers, restaurants, and institutional food services.

• Keeping the best inside:Inspect and process our high-quality USDA and FDA-certified food
• Repack:Pack and palletize our finished product into its newly designed packaging
• Detail-Oriented:Verify the details of work for accuracy
• Safety is a choice we make:Follow all company safety rules and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

• Ability to follow instructions, verbal and written
• Ability to work with established routines and procedures
• Effective communication, interpersonal, technical, problem-solving, and organization skills
• Ability to stand for 8 hours in a cool environment (45 degrees)
• Ability to lift 10 – 40lbs

Start on the Date of Hire:

Eligible following employment requirements:

• Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage (30 days of employment)
• 40 hours of Flexible Time-Off (1 year of employment)
• 401(k) with company match (6 months of employment)
• Paid parental leave (1 year of employment)

• Starting hourly rate of $16.00 (off shift premiums apply to 2nd and 3rd shift)
• Opportunity for pay increases (within the first 3 months)
