Follow HACCP, SQF, cGMPs and regulatory protocols to ensure food safety and quality;
Grade eggs and manage flow through washers and transfer points;
Maintain cleanliness and GMP compliance; perform clean-up and sanitation;
Conduct chemical checks and foam control in washers; re-wash eggs as needed;
Assist during breaks and ensure USDA standards in breaking, transfer, and shell rooms
