Starting Pay: $20.00 - $28.34/hour based on experienceHigh school diploma/GED Not required
Paid Time Off
Pay Increases every 6 months, based on performance
Company Bonus Plan $2/hour Shift Differential, 2nd Shift OnlyYOUR IMPACT:
- Prime, paint and touchup vehicles with power spray equipment and brushes
- Sand, wash, and condition parts as necessary
- Inspect completed parts for quality and validate component standards are met.
- Six months of industrial painting experience
- Able to read checklists, paint codes, safety logs, and other required documents
- Able to proficiently paint in a single assigned area
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Willingness to train in multiple areas to obtain a Painter ll level
- Eligibility for medical, prescription, dental and vision insurance beginning Day 1 of employment
- Up to ten thousand dollars each year for tuition reimbursement so you can continue or pursue your education
- 401k plan with company match, $.50 for each dollar up to 6%
- Company bonus plan
