Industrial Painter - Weekend Shift

McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing Inc. is an industry leading designer and manufacturer of refuse truck bodies. Our team members are critical in supporting waste warriors and keeping communities safe and clean.

Pay Increase every 6 months, based on performance

• Prime, paint and touch up vehicles with power spray equipment and brushes
• Sand, wash, and condition parts as necessary
• Inspect completed parts for quality and to validate component standards are met

• Six months of industrial painting experience
• Able to read checklists, paint codes, safety logs, and other required documents
• Able to proficiently paint in a single assigned area

• High school diploma or GED
• Willingness to train in multiple areas to obtain a Painter II level

• Eligibility for medical, prescription, dental and vision insurance beginning Day 1 of employment
• Up to ten thousand dollars each year for tuition reimbursement to continue or pursue your education
• 401(k) plan with company match, $.50 for every dollar up to 6%
