We’re looking for motivated Production Team Members to support our Cylinder Cell operations by producing high‑quality parts in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll help keep production running efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Operate machine tools, equipment, or robotic systems to produce parts to specification
• Read and follow blueprints, job orders, and production instructions
• Perform inspections using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met
• Identify and separate nonconforming parts

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred (entry‑level candidates welcome)
• Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions
• Basic math and measurement skills
