As a Mill Operator
- Feed Mill Worker, you'll receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus and enjoy a competitive wage of $22 - $29 per hour, based on experience. We also provide amazing benefits and perks after a 30-day probation period that include:

Your Day-to-Day

The initial schedule will be 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a planned transition to second shift hours of 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. A shift differential will apply for all hours worked after 6:00 p.m.

Your responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks with precision, maintaining a clean work environment through general housekeeping duties, and collaborating with operations and maintenance personnel. Your commitment to regular and prompt attendance, along with operating a computer-controlled system, ensures the seamless production of high-quality animal feed.

Requirements for a Mill Operator
- Feed Mill Worker

• Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, work in confined spaces and heights, bend, kneel, climb, lift up to 55 lbs, and adapt to a variety of weather conditions
• Ability to operate a computer-controlled system
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime if needed
• Professional with a positive and respectful attitude
• Safety-oriented
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record

Previous experience in maintenance-related disciplines is preferred as well as having a high school diploma or equivalent.
