Daybreak Foods - th Street - Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize egg processing equipment daily following the processing shift;
Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble processing equipment;
Work with chemicals, high pressure cleaning equipment, hoses, and manual scrubbing;
Maintain GMP training and follow MSDS guidelines; keep records and paperwork;
Assist with routine equipment maintenance and perform other duties as assigned
