Hood Packaging Corporation is seeking an experienced Tubing Operator - 2nd & 3rd Shift for our Sibley Iowa location.

2nd Shift: 3:45 PM-12 AM – I Mon-Fri

3rd Shift: 11:45 PM-8 AM – I Mon-Fri

Reporting to the Production Manager, this position is to efficiently and safely operate the machine for maximum production of defect-free multiwall bags. Efficient, productive operation of the machine with no defective product getting to the customer is critical to a profitable operation. The customer expects a product that is in spec and will run efficiently on their equipment and perform as expected in the marketplace.

Operators have the responsibility to accomplish this with their machine and provide their in-house customers with a product that they can work with.
