Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented General Production professional to join their team. As a vital part of the manufacturing process, you will support the production line, ensuring quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, precision, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location:

Northwood, IA

Pay Range: $18-20.50 per hour

Shift: 1st and 2nd shift openings

What's the Job?

• Prepare machines and initiate startup procedures based on material specifications
• Activate and remove parts from machinery, ensuring proper handling
• Measure and verify parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Use Gluing Gun to adhere foam backing to panels
• Perform secondary operations as needed to complete manufacturing tasks
• Accurately complete all paperwork related to manufactured parts

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Willingness to follow all safety procedures and company policies
