Are you looking for a stable manufacturing career with a family-owned company that values its employees? Bodine Electric Company is seeking Assembly Flex Employees to join our 2nd Shift Assembly Department.

What You'll Do- Assemble motor components and finished products while meeting production goals
- Ensure products meet all quality standards and specifications
- Set up production and testing equipment as needed
- Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and process documentation
- Use measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Operate material handling and production equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety policies and quality procedures
- Participate in employee training programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Occasional overtime may be required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing documentation
- Experience using measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Ability to learn and use company systems (Epicor, Visual PDM, etc.)
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality
- Fast‑paced, climate-controlled manufacturing facility
- Clean and safe work environment
- Personal protective equipment and anti‑static equipment provided as required
- 2nd shift, Monday-Thursday (10-hour shift)
