Full Time, Non‑Exempt.

Location:

Orange City, IA. Position:
Machinist – composite processing, CNC or Autoclave machines.

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM Monday–Thursday.

• Machining carbon fiber parts on CNC machines, water jet cutters or autoclaves.
• Setting up machines for a variety of different parts.
• Reading blueprints.
• Performing routine maintenance of machines.
• Completing secondary operations.
• Conducting first part checks and/or OSV inspections.

• Attention to detail.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and quick learner.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written specifications.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to team lift and maneuver up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to operate forklift or be trained on one.
