Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Engineer at Epiroc! You’ll be part of our Engineering team. This position is responsible for developing, improving, and supporting manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. This role partners with cross‑functional teams to implement process improvements, support production, and lead initiatives that drive operational excellence.

Work Type: Onsite at our Delhi, Iowa facility. This job opening is not eligible for immigration/work visa sponsorship.

Shift Timings: 1st Shift

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, and layouts.
• Identify and implement improvements in productivity, quality, and safety.
• Support production teams in troubleshooting process or equipment issues.
• Lead or support projects involving new equipment, tooling, and process changes.
• Develop standard work, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams on cross‑functional initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in process or production engineering.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Proficient in CAD software and ERP systems.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Detail‑oriented and data‑driven, with a strong commitment to quality and efficiency.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Hands‑on, solutions‑focused engineer with a continuous improvement mindset.

• Continuous standing; repetitive motion of hand/wrist.
• Ability to lift up to 33 pounds.
• Intermittent bending, crouching, repetitive motion of elbow/shoulder, and pushing/pulling.

• Exposure to typical manufacturing areas and requires use of personal protective equipment such as safety shoes, safety glasses, and sometimes hearing protection.
• Work environment may include a workstation equipped with a computer as required for the job.
• Team member must be mobile enough to navigate the manufacturing shop floor safely including walking and standing for up to four hours at a time.
