Welder | NO SE NECESITA HABLAR INGLES! Dayshift 6am – 2:30pm $22–24/hr DOE

A local manufacturing facility is seeking a Welder to join their team. This position involves MIG welding metal parts and structures according to blueprints and specifications in a fast-paced environment. • Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding operations on steel, aluminum, or other metals
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and tools
• Inspect completed welds for accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards
• Repair or rework defective welds as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety protocols
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and deadlines

• High school diploma or equivalent (welding certification or vocational training preferred)
• 2+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
• Proficiency with MIG, TIG, or Stick welding processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable with reliable attendance and good communication skills
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a physically demanding environment
• Experience with robotic welding systems (preferred)
• Fabrication or fitting experience (preferred)
• Ability to operate additional equipment such as press brake, plasma cutter, grinders, etc. (preferred)

• Starting Pay: $22–24/hr DOE
• Paid Every Friday
