• Collator Operator - 3rd Shift
  Starting minimum rate of $25.44/hr (including shift differential).
  
  Schedule:
  
  Sunday 11p–Friday 7a, 11p–7a shift. Occasional overtime may be required, including weekends. $3/hr shift premium.
• Sets up and operates collating/labeling/patching machines to produce value‑added enhancements to in‑process work.
• Review specifications and set up equipment that performs forms collating from web rolls, label affixing, or window patching to printed or in‑process materials according to customer requirements.
• Equipment operated may perform functions related to assembling and perforating signatures, stapling, gluing, folding, or cutting sheets of paper, forms or signatures in a specified sequence to form completed sets or die‑cut and apply labels or films to paper substrates.
• Perform safety inspections, document problems, and track production during operation.

• Ability to read and interpret written work orders or other job specifications containing collating requirements indicating the number and sequence of webs needed to complete the work and maintain dimensional accuracy.
• Knowledge of quality and machining requirements for various coated and uncoated types of paper stock.
• Skill in setting up and adjusting machines for finishing operations and refining adjustments to maintain quality and prevent machining impressions.
• Ability to calculate distances, clearances, and fits in combining machines.
• Skill in using the full range of standard and specialized tools to adjust and maintain the functional accuracy of collating machines.
• General knowledge of collating/label application machines to perform standard and specialized folds, gluing, perforating and cutting of printed materials.
• Thorough knowledge of the setup, operating requirements, procedures, capabilities and limitations of the collating machine to perform standard and specialized folding, collating and cutting of printed materials to complete a combined finishing product.

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $22.44 - $31.62 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based on education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package may include a sign‑on bonus, overtime, shift differential, call‑in and stand‑by pay.
