Now Hiring Machine Operators! (2nd and 3rd Shift)
We’re hiring CNC Machine Operators to support production in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with machining or production experience who can work with tools, measurements, and quality standards.
Job Responsibilities- Operate CNC machines to produce parts
- Load, unload, and package materials
- Read and follow blueprints and work instructions
- Measure and inspect parts for quality
- Record production and scrap data
- Monitor machines and report any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- 1+ year of machine operator or manufacturing experience
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- CNC experience (lathe, mill)
- Calipers or precision measurement tools
- Production, machining, or fabrication experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farley, IA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00/hr.
