Production Operator – Full‑time M‑F 7‑3:30 pm. Join our growing team in Hawarden, a short drive from Sioux City, IA (35 miles) and Sioux Falls, SD (45 miles). As a Production Operator you will be at the heart of our manufacturing process, helping deliver precision‑engineered components to customers worldwide.

• Perform detailed work using microscopes with high visual acuity
• Remain focused and productive during long periods of seated or standing tasks
• Document work accurately with basic math and computer skills
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Collaborate with team members in a supportive, communicative environment

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of focus
• Ability to work with microscopes and handle small components with precision
• Physical stamina for extended periods of sitting or standing
• Solid basic math and computer skills for documenting production tasks
• Ability to speak and read English
• A cooperative attitude and excellent communication skills
