Wage: $17.00/hour

Shift: 1st (

Hours:

6:30am-3:30pm Monday-Friday + OT Saturday)

Location:

Waterloo, IA

• Load raw parts onto the production line and remove finished parts from the line
• Perform accurate part counts and verify quantities by part number
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and defects
• Prepare and stage raw materials for the coating process
• Place coated parts into designated racks or shipping containers
• Use an overhead hoist to safely lift and move parts weighing over 50 pounds (company certification provided)
• Maintain inventory accuracy by following established procedures
• Complete production documentation and verify work at the end of each shift

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when counting and inspecting parts
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of an 8-10-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach frequently
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements during production tasks
• Equipment to use includes production line equipment and overhead hoist (training and certification provided)
• On-the-job training provided
