As our 3rd Shift Production Supervisor, you’re not just overseeing production — you’re setting the tone for performance, safety, and accountability. You’ll lead a team that keeps operations running overnight and ensures we deliver high‑quality products on time, every time.

• Lead and develop production leaders and team members to meet safety, quality, and production goals
• Create a safe, engaged, and accountable work environment
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to drive performance
• Ensure compliance with safety programs (including LOTO) and company standards
• Drive continuous improvement through root cause problem‑solving
• Coordinate with planning and leadership to meet customer demands and deadlines
• Support training, coaching, and development of your team
• Promote strong communication between shifts for seamless operations
• Take ownership of shift performance, staffing, and efficiency

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing

Preferred:

• Foundry experience
• Experience with root cause analysis

• Strong leadership presence with a lead‑by‑example mindset
• Ability to drive results while maintaining positive team relationships
• High sense of urgency and accountability
• Effective communicator with strong problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ERP systems (IQMS a plus)

This role operates in a foundry setting, with exposure to heat, dust, noise, and fumes. We prioritize safety and provide the tools and training needed to succeed.
