Mill Creek Machining, a location of Delva Tool & Machine, is looking for a CNC Maintenance Supervisor to plan and manage maintenance processes to reduce mechanical downtime to ensure production is operating at maximum efficiency.
What You’ll Do- Leads and directs maintenance in the installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of equipment used throughout the facilities, utilities, and equipment.
- Develops, implements, and manages day to day supervision of maintenance processes and documentation with efficient and high performing manufacturing organizations (prevention and predictive maintenance, TPM, SOP's, Safety, etc.).
- Ensures maintenance is scheduled timely; works closely with Production to schedule and complete equipment and facility repairs.
- Develops and/or maintains KPI's for tracking and reporting the performance of the maintenance function (supplier performance, 3rd party contractor performance, equipment reliability, overall equipment effectiveness, etc.).
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment through 5-S controls.
- Ensures a safe work environment is maintained, appropriate safety systems/processes are utilized, and ensures compliance with all OSHA and other state/federal safety and environmental related rules and regulations.
- High School diploma or equivalent education is required.
- 3+ years’ experience working in a maintenance role is required.
- Experience with CNC, servo motors, and hydraulics/pneumatics is preferred.
- Working knowledge of machine components and integration.
