Production Associate - Bertch Cabinets

Job Overview

Master Brand (Bertch Cabinets) is hiring full‑time Production Associates to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will assemble or manufacture cabinets and cabinet components to meet or exceed production goals. Training is provided.

1st shift: 5:45am – 4:15pm, Monday through Thursday. Overtime is available on Friday and some Saturdays.

• Ability to read measurements, work with or calculate numbers.
• Proficiency with handheld tools, including pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot glue guns, and power drills.
• Must be 18 years of age, have reliable transportation, and be willing to work overtime as needed.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Previous experience in assembly or a production‑oriented environment is preferred.

• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk for an entire shift (up to 10–12 hours).
