Unlike massive corporate facilities with endless red tape, this is a streamlined 2-line operation with fewer than 20 employees across two shifts.

Oversee daily operations for our 2-line production floor to meet output goals.

Lead, coach, and schedule a small, dedicated team of assembly/production workers.

Ensure product quality standards and strict adherence to safety protocols.

Basic troubleshooting of equipment issues on the line alongside the team when needed.

Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and track daily production logs.

2+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting (e.g., Manager, Line Supervisor, or Coordinator).

Strong communication skills with a natural ability to motivate a small team.

Hands-on mentality—you enjoy being out on the floor, not trapped in an office all day.

Basic computer skills for tracking production data and schedules.
