At our Avon Mill, we produce 50 lb. bags of flour that are distributed to restaurants, cruise ships, hotels, schools, as well as Betty Crocker dry mix pouches. We are a small plant with a great culture where you will get to know the people you work with.

Fun facts about Avon are that we produce an average of 1.1 million pounds of flour a day and about 100 million Betty Crocker pouches a year. When making our chocolate chip cookie mix, around 2000 pounds of chocolate is added per hour to the packaging line!
