FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY is seeking a Cultivation Specialist to provide on-site support across multiple grow rooms within a cannabis facility. You will help manage plant health, quality control, and safety from propagation to pre-harvest, and may cross-train to assist other departments as needed.
You will clone, trim, prune, top, and train plants under the Cultivation Manager, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain logs, and support production goals while upholding safety and cleanliness
