Immediately Seeking! 2nd Shift Lead – Milford, Iowa

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday 3:30 pm - 1:30 am | Friday OT as needed Target launch date in October, would train on 1st shift hours Monday - Thursday 6 am to 4 pm | Friday OT as needed Pay: DOE plus $2.00 per hour shift premium

Job Duties

• Lead and support production employees across general assembly, seating, made-to-order, locker assembly, and other manufacturing functions.
• Help coordinate daily production activities, assign work as needed, and ensure employees have the materials and direction needed to meet production goals.
• Assist with training employees on proper work methods, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Monitor production, quality, and workflow while helping troubleshoot issues and keep the department operating efficiently.
• Work alongside the team as needed and assist with hands-on production duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and communicate production or employee concerns to management.

Safety Requirements

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
• Previous manufacturing experience and leadership experience preferred.
• Must be dependable, able to communicate effectively, and comfortable providing direction and support to a production team.
