Painter/Paint Department - 1st Shift

Immediately Seeking! Painter / Paint Department – Milford, Iowa

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 6 am – 4 pm | Friday OT as needed Pay:
Starting at $18 per hour

Job Duties:

• Set up and operate powder coating equipment while applying powder-coated finishes to manufactured parts.
• Load and unload materials on the paint line, measure and identify parts, and properly label finished products.
• Monitor paint booth equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality finishes that meet production standards.
• Perform quality inspections using measuring tools, enter production data into the computer system, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned.

Safety Requirements:

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, including overtime shifts.
• Frequently lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Must be able to work safely in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
