Production Technician - Weekend Shift

NEW SCHEDULES! Immediately Seeking! Weekend Production Technician – Milford, Iowa
Schedule:
Friday – Sunday 6 am – 6 pm (32 hours per week) Pay: DOE plus $1.50 per hour shift premium Possible extra hours Monday – Thursday at base hourly wage
* Target launch date in October, would train on 1st shift hours at base wage Monday – Thursday 6 am – 4 pm | Friday OT as needed
Job Duties
- Perform a variety of production and manufacturing duties, including welding, operating production machinery, and transporting materials throughout the facility using a forklift.
- Follow work orders, production specifications, and safety procedures to ensure quality and efficient production.
- Assist with material handling, machine operation, and other production tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and support overall production goals.
Safety Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
- Must safely operate forklifts, welding equipment, and manufacturing machinery while following all safety procedures and wearing required PPE.
- Must be able to work in varying temperatures.
