Post Holdings - - Responsibilities:
Monitor tanker and CIP systems to ensure clean-in-place operations and safe handling of edible and inedible egg products;
Document tanker receiving data and maintain logs with lot, USDA certificate numbers, and receiving details;
Assist in coordinating transfers and load/unload of egg products to silos or tanks;
Maintain sanitary conditions and follow GMP and HACCP guidelines; support SQF Level 3 compliance;
Perform data entry and cross-train across transfer room duties as needed
