Regal Rexnord Marengo is currently hiring Thread Roller for our 1st shift.

Pay Range: $18 - $22 per hour

As a Thread Roller at Regal Rexnord you can expect to set up, calibrate, and operate CNC and manual machinery—including thread rolling, straightening, annealing, sawing, deburring, and inspection—to produce precision components according to specifications.

This entry-level position requires basic knowledge of machining principles and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

• Operate CNC or manual machines to produce parts according to blueprints and specifications.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Measure and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Ability to set up machines, run first piece inspections and maintain production
• Document production activities and maintain accurate records.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Basic understanding of CNC machine operations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, including GD&T.
• Use of inspection equipment to include, but not limited to:
  Micrometers, pitch micrometers, indicator micrometers, calipers, lead checker, thread gauges, length gages, and tape measures
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Attention to detail and quality control.
• Good organizational skills, ability to perform and maintain 5S
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Good reading and comprehension.
• The ability to work long periods standing up; lift and manipulate heavy loads (up to 60 lbs);
• Twist, turn, bend, stoop, push, pull, reach and walk repetitively, and work with oils, coolants and lubricants.
• Must be willing to work overtime, which may include occasional weekends.
