Join a growing manufacturing team that values safety, quality, and long-term career growth. We are seeking experienced Production Machine Operators with injection molding experience to support high-volume production operations in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Rates
- $24.90/hour
- Day Shift - $27.40/hour
- Night Shift
Schedule
- 12-hour rotating shifts
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Rotation
Schedule:
3 days on / 2 days off / 2 days on / 3 days off - Must be flexible to rotate monthly between day and night shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor injection molding production equipment
- Perform quality control checks and calibration tasks on processing equipment
- Conduct machine adjustments to maintain product quality and production efficiency
- Measure pipe and verify dimensional tolerances using precision measuring tools
- Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Accurately complete data entry and production documentation
- Prepare finished products for shipping according to packaging specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support production goals
Qualifications
- Previous injection molding experience required
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to perform machine calibrations and adjustments
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Basic math, measuring, and computer/data entry skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license required
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening in accordance with company policy
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
