Albemarle is seeking an Operator Trainee for an on-site position at our Silver Peak, NV location. The Ponds Helper will assist the Ponds Operator with daily activities to meet Ponds Department goals and uphold a strong safety culture.
Responsibilities include sample collection, pump operation support, routine inspections, seasonal dredging, data reporting, and collaboration across departments. Prior industrial experience is a plus; strong teamwork and safety mindset are essential.
