Our client, a leading organization in the dairy and food manufacturing industry, is seeking a ReWork Operator to join their team. As a ReWork Operator, you will be part of the Packaging Department supporting the production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Re Work

Location: Luana, IA

Pay Range: $20.85

Shift: 6-4 M-Th with Friday hours as needed

What's the Job?

• Package product according to customer and company specifications by following SOPs and SSOPs
• Ensure safety, sanitation, GMPs, and quality policies are strictly followed
• Set up and maintain re-work equipment in a sanitary condition
• Unbox, open containers, add ingredients to blenders, and dispose of waste properly
• Complete accurate documentation and maintain proper labeling to meet customer requirements

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in dairy or food packaging preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience in dairy/food packaging if no cream cheese packaging experience
• Basic math skills for calculating yields and understanding weights and measures
• Demonstrated safe working habits and good attendance
• Computer literacy and data entry skills
