Magna, through its Cosma division, is seeking a Team Leader to direct work and parts flow in the production area of a manufacturing facility. You will supervise hourly staff and ensure safety, quality, and efficient operation of equipment.
You will train operators in standardized work, monitor hourly performance, and coordinate improvement actions with supervision. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with forklift and overhead crane capabilities.
