As a Renewable Energy Heavy Mechanical Assembler, your craft directly supports our mission to deliver wind power solutions that accelerate a 100% renewable future.
How You’ll Contribute Assemble mechanical structures and subassemblies for nacelles, hubs, and drive trains using hand/power tools, torque systems, and overhead cranes.
Translate engineering drawings and work instructions into precise, repeatable builds.
Align, fit, and torque large components—gearboxes, bearings, shafts—within tight tolerances.
Own your area’s safety and housekeeping to eliminate hazards and prevent injuries.
Deliver to schedule by completing tasks inside defined cycle times and helping teammates when needed.
Move, lift, position, and remove components and materials to keep production flowing.
Work with Quality, PQA, and Engineering to run root-cause investigations and refine processes.
Participate in audits and continuous improvement activities.
Jump in to support neighboring lines and assist electrical assembly as required.
Qualifications High school diploma or GED (required).Mechanical certifications or technical schooling.
3+ years of mechanical assembly or heavy manufacturing experience.
Comfortable reading work instructions, mechanical drawings, and technical documents.
Experience in wind turbine, automotive, or industrial equipment assembly.
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and hands-on skill.
Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
Team-first attitude and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Accountable, dependable, and results-oriented.
Positive, growth-focused mindset.
Overhead crane operation experience and the ability to obtain/maintain crane operator certification (required).Fluent with torque tools, pneumatic/hydraulic tooling, and precision measurement devices.
Ability to pass a respiratory fit test (required) and work e to have: understanding of ISO 9000:2000 quality systems.

You will follow governing regulations and company policies, proactively remove hazards, and wear proper PPE (eye protection, hearing protection, steel-toe boots, hard hat). Loose clothing and jewelry are not allowed. Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential to follow safety instructions and collaborate with supervisors and teammates.
