Job Description

• Pay: $27.81/hr
• 1st Shift | 4-Day Workweek
• Weld Test Required

Shift & Pay

• Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• $27.81/hr

• Overtime may be available on Fridays and occasionally on weekends

What You'll Do

• Perform manual arc and/or automated welding operations

• Weld parts and sub-assemblies according to specifications

• Operate manual, CNC, and robotic welding equipment

• Adjust voltage, heat, pressure, and speed to maintain weld quality

• Read and follow work instructions and established procedures

• Inspect completed work and make necessary corrections

• Use grinders, hoists, fixtures, measuring equipment, and hand and power tools

• Record production, quality, and maintenance information

• Support other production areas such as assembly, fabrication, paint, or material handling as needed

• Maintain equipment, tooling, and a clean, safe work area

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Welding experience and ability to successfully complete a weld test

• High School Diploma/GED, National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC), OR at least 3 years of manufacturing experience

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to successfully complete a Physical Capacity Profile (PCP) test before placement

• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required

• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
