We’re hiring for a Wean-To-Finish Senior Supervisor in the Rockwell City, IA area.
As a Wean-To-Finish Senior Supervisor with Iowa Select Farms, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, managing production goals, and ensuring the success of our team. You’ll lead a group of supervisors, independent contractors, and caretakers, focusing on training in areas like animal well-being, site maintenance, and production performance. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including health services, nutrient management, and HR, to implement strategies that drive revenue and maintain company standards.
