POSITION
Hood Packaging Corporation is seeking an experienced Warehouse Driver for our Sibley Location.
SCOPE OF POSITION
Reporting to the Production Manager, this position efficiently and safely handles raw materials and finished goods throughout the manufacturing process. Efficient handling of materials within the plant is vital to a profitable operation. Off-loading of raw materials must be done accurately to reflect the correct inventory and result in minimal damage. Neat and accurate shipping will assure that our customers receive a quality product.
In the absence of the General Warehouse, the Production Manager's designate will assume the responsibilities of this position.
FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Regular use of computers, telephones and other types of office equipment
- Must organize complex tasks and meet deadlines
- Read, understand and follow Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
- Read, understand and follow SQF requirements and General Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
