Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Packaging Line Lead (1st Shift) to oversee and coordinate packaging and filling operations.

Key Responsibilities:- Supervise packaging line activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality control and minimize errors.
- Train and coach employees on procedures and safety protocols.
- Inspect equipment for maintenance needs and report issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues.
- Maintain records of production output, downtime, and inventory.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure a safe working environment.
- Motivate team members to achieve production goals.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency.
- Monitor and input Line run data into Red Zone production software on supplied iPad.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a leadership role.
- Some leadership experience is required.
- Knowledge of packaging equipment and quality control processes preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
This position will be on 1st Shift, which runs from 5:30am - 4:00pm, Monday through Thursday (x4 10-hour shifts).
This role will be based in our Huxley, IA location.
