Processing Plant Operators are needed for night shift roles at Pattison Company’s facility in Clayton, Iowa. This position involves operating and monitoring automated plant equipment, ensuring production standards, and responding to evolving operational needs. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.

• $24.00/hour starting wage (increases based on experience)

  Additional $3/hour for night shift work

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous related experience preferred
• MSHA Part 48 certification (training available on-site)
• Valid driver’s license (unless deemed non-essential)
• Ability to stand for 6-12 hours, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and work at heights
• Ability to lift 60 to 80 pounds without mechanical assistance
• Ability to wear a half-mask respirator for up to 12 hours
• Ability to work in damp, dimly lit, and confined areas
• Proficient English communication skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel for data entry
• Pre-employment drug testing and physical examination required
