Extrusion Machine Operator
Peosta, Iowa
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
Pay: $24/hour
Potential overtime available on Saturdays
Sedona Staffing is seeking an Extrusion Machine Operator for a manufacturing facility in Peosta. This is a long-term temp-to-hire opportunity for a dependable, detail-oriented, and quality-focused individual.
The ideal candidate will have a strong and consistent work history, with longevity in previous positions, and take pride in producing high-quality products while following safety and production standards.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor extrusion machinery to ensure safe and efficient production
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Work closely with the production team to meet production goals and deadlines
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong job longevity is required
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused mindset is required
- Previous extrusion machine operating experience is preferred
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
