We are seeking a skilled Stager/Receiver to join our high-performing Shipping Department. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on staging and receiving experience who are eager to expand their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll work with finished cabinets, organizing and staging them for inventory with precision and attention to detail that go above expectations.

WhatYou’ll Do
- Sort, stage, and organize finished cabinets for inventory with care, accuracy, and attention to quality.
- Scan finished cabinets into inventory using RF scanners to ensure accuracy and easy retrieval.
- Meet daily and weekly staging goals while handling cabinets safely.
- Clean and maintain your work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members across your department to support workflow and improve overall quality and efficiency.
- Share ideas for improving processes and outcomes—we value team members who think critically and take ownership.
- Prior shipping staging/receiving experience is a plus. However, your eagerness to learn and strong work ethic are what truly matter. We're committed to providing comprehensive training for the right candidate.
- Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds alone; lifts over 50 pounds require team assistance.
- Comfortable reading handheld scanners, job numbers and stacking codes.
- A good eye for detail, strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
