Required skills and experience include troubleshooting 3-phase motors and performing high-level, heavy-duty mechanical and electrical repairs on industrial equipment. Background in a manufacturing/industrial environment in a production and/or maintenance capacity. Hands-on electrical troubleshooting experience. Comfortable working in cooler environments.

Job description:

Insight Global is seeking multiple maintenance technicians to join one of our large-scale manufacturing clients at their Osceola, IA facility. In this role, you'll be responsible for the preventative maintenance and troubleshooting/repair of both production and packaging equipment, keeping the line running safely and efficiently across a fast-paced manufacturing environment. These are hands-on, highly technical maintenance roles, you'll be a go-to problem solver when equipment goes down, diagnosing and repairing issues on high-speed, heavy-duty industrial machinery.

We have several schedule opportunities available:

• 1st option — 3 shifts, Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (midnight)
• 2nd option — 1 shift, Tuesday–Saturday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (midnight)
• 3rd option — 3 shifts on a 3-2-2 rotating schedule, 5:30 PM – 6:00 AM
