Location: Minden, NV
Marathon Staffing is hiring 1st Shift General Labor for a fast-paced, hands-on role. If you’re reliable, enjoy working as part of a team, and want a steady schedule, we’d love to hear from you. This is a position within a food manufacturing environment that follows Good Manufacturing Processes. Candidates must be allergy free to work with various spices.
What you’ll do:- Assist with general production and warehouse support tasks
- Help with loading, unloading, and basic material handling
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Support team goals and complete assigned tasks accurately
- Ability to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift- must be able to lift up to 50 lbs intermittently
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude
