Production Lead

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in foam products, is seeking a dedicated Production Lead to join their team. As a Production Lead, you will be an integral part of the Production Leadership Team, supporting the manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully within the organization.

• Provide production leadership, support, and direction for the production team to meet daily goals.
• Ensure all materials and resources are available for production activities, maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Assist in training new employees and support performance evaluations for team members.
• Inspect work in process and paperwork to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and safety.

• High school diploma or GED with 3-5 years of related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Manufacturing and forklift experience is preferred, with forklift certification required.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret work orders accurately.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide team members.
