Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our maintenance team in a manufacturing/industrial environment. This position is designed for candidates eager to learn and grow while supporting the safe and efficient operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in routine inspections, basic repairs of equipment, tools and facilities.
• Support senior maintenance staff in troubleshooting and repairing production equipment
• Perform basic tasks such as replacing belts, filters, and light bulbs; lubricating moving parts; and keeping equipment clean
• Help maintain safe and organized work areas, including tools and spare parts inventory
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and repair needs to supervisors
• Folow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout practices, and company policies
• Assist with general building maintenance (painting, cleaning, minor repairs) as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Knowledge of hand tools and power tools, meters, and other equipment
• Mechanically inclined
• Strong physical stamina (ability to lift to 50lbs, stand, bend, and climb ladders)
• Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions closely
• Safety-conscious with attention to detail
• Welding preferred but not required
• Electrical and HVAC knowledge are preferred.
• Manufacturing and industrial facility environment (exposure to noise, machinery, and moving parts)
• Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection
• May involve working on shifts or overtime as needed

This role requires attention to safety, detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position.
