Manufacturing Associates
. This role blends hands-on cutting, winding, sewing and packaging responsibilities. Our success is rooted in getting our customers what they want, when they need it, while upholding our values and Brand Promise.

  Monday - Thursday 4:00 pm-9:00 pm

• Starting at $17.00/hour

• Read and understand work orders and audit orders for accuracy.
• Operate automatic sewing machines to assemble transportation tie-down straps.
• Meet daily productivity requirements while maintaining quality.
• Perform repetitive motions while seated for extended periods.

• Properly document, organize, and pack a variety of orders from a conveyor belt.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and perform frequent bending, kneeling, standing, and squatting.
• Utilize Net Suite and Ship Hawk to manage production records, enter completion data, build work orders, and update inventory.
• Follow Lean manufacturing principles and communicate effectively to maintain a smooth workflow.

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Regular team lifting of materials over 60 lbs. in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Sit or stand for the majority of the shift.
• Frequently bend, reach, twist, kneel, and squat.
• Perform repetitive tasks with hands and arms.
• Safely operate hand tools and material handling equipment.

Ability to learn and operate industrial sewing machines, cutters, and winders.
