In this role, you’ll help assemble high quality fixture whips and wire components in a clean, structured production environment. What You'll Do as an Assembler:

Assemble, bundle, and package fixture whips following work instructions and quality standards

Read fixture whip labels and apply labels accurately to conduit

Insert wires into conduit based on specified color codes

Use ties, tools, equipment, and machines to secure wire leads

Stand at a workstation for the majority of your shift

Operate various assembly machines and equipment as assigned

What You Need to Bring:

Ability to operate basic hand-power tools and pneumatic screwdrivers

Ability to insert wires into conduit following color-coded instructions

Ability to read and apply fixture whip labels

Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations

Ability to stand for 90% of an 8-hour shift

Reliable transportation to the Estherville area Ability to pass applicable pre-employment screenings (if required) #WEjobhunt
